some years ago, Marvel made a comic in where magneto was dresed as the King of spain. The Spanish royal house noticed that and warned marvel at that time (I dont know if they actually sue them but I think so), so far I remember.
Now, ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 have downloable alternate clothes… guess what Magneto got… LOL
